After the payment for the bid is completed, the seller will usually contact Letao via email or YAHOO message within 2 days for payment and shipping instructions. Generally, the seller will mail the goods to Letao's Japan overseas receiving office within 3 to 5 days.，
After receiving the goods, the Japanese receiving office will prepare export documents and then arrange a flight or ship to arrive in Malaysia.
