Japan Post Shipping Fees
1. Types of products suitable for Japan Post Sea Freight Shipping
1. Products with a large volumetric weight compared to their actual weight.
2. Model toys, dolls, puppets and other bulk products.
2. Package Restrictions
1. Weight of each package(Including outer packaging) Not exceeding 30 kg. (If it exceeds 30 kg, it will be packed into multiple boxes depending on the situation)
2.The length of one side of the package must not exceed 150 cm.
3. Shortest two sides*2 + longest side = total not exceeding 300 cm.
4. Items classified as dangerous by the post office will not be sent, such as oil heaters, speakers (with magnets), entire wheel rims including tires, etc..
※ Note: For large models, please pay attention to the size. If the size exceeds the limit, it cannot be sent and can only be shipped by air (other customs fees will be incurred).
3. Regulations on Overseas Shipments
1. If the product cannot be placed in the container at any angle or one side exceeds the container, we will not be able to pack it for you and add extra space outside the container to cover the extra size.
2. We cannot assist in shipping to different addresses in the same order. Please select the goods to be shipped to the same address when "Notify Consolidation" (the same order cannot be separated into "Notify Consolidation"」).
3. Postal shipping will send the goods directly to the address you provide, the cost already includes local shipping costs within Malaysia.
4. The international delivery method cannot be changed after "Consolidation Notification" is completed.
5. The shipping address cannot be changed after the "Second Payment" is completed.
6. Alcohol content exceeding 24% will not be delivered.
7. If the parcel is not delivered to Malaysia or is returned due to non-collection, the return shipping fee to Japan will be charged and it can only be shipped back to Malaysia by air (additional material and document declaration fees will be incurred).
8. Selecting the "Remove original outer box service" means that each item is randomly separated and packed. Each package needs to fill in the declared amount, so the items in the package number are randomly filled in by the system, and it is impossible to re-open the package and return the order.
9. If the special packaging is required, or if specific accessories need to be discarded or retained, a parcel handling fee ranging from 100 yen to 1,000 yen will be charged.
4. Overseas Packaging Methods and Costs
1. The product needs to be packed in an outer box. The receiving area will select a suitable carton for you. If it is a single item, it will not be packed separately. If the member chooses to remove the original outer box service, Funbid will repack it for you. For the specifications and fees of the repacked carton, please refer to the consolidated shipping fee. (Please note that the repacked outer box must be a small carton of at least 0.84 kg.)
2. Free unpacking service is provided at the receiving area. Members who use the unpacking service will be deemed to have understood and agreed to the service by ticking the box.:
a. The company will follow the member's instructions, remove the original outer box and use the Japanese Post Office's specified carton to send the items。
b. If the quantity of items in the original outer box matches the quantity in the transaction details, the box can be packed and sealed. Members understand and agree that the company is not responsible for inspecting the items. Members may not request relevant compensation unless they can prove that the company has maliciously damaged the items.
3. The weight of the outer box and packaging materials will increase after the goods are packed. Please check the estimated weight of the outer box in advance.
4. Cut the outer box to a suitable size and fill it with newspapers or other filling materials to prevent the product from shaking.
5. When the goods are severely shaken in the box and there is a chance that they will be damaged, the handling staff will use newspapers to secure the goods.

6. Operation and Delivery Time
1. After the shipment notification, the receiving staff will help you complete the packaging within 48 hours (excluding Japanese holidays) and send you the "Second Payment" notification.
2. If payment is made before 9:00 am, it will be sent out on the same day; if payment is made on Sunday, it will be sent out on Monday.
3.It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for the post office to deliver to Malaysia (starting from the time of shipment from Japan). The delivery time is based on the timeframe provided by the Japan Post Office. During standard working hours, you can check the latest delivery progress on the post office website. Generally, the status will only be updated when the goods arrive at Malaysian customs.
※ Note: If there are national holidays in Japan or Malaysia or the cargo volume is large, the arrival time in Malaysia will be delayed. Please forgive me.
7. Overseas Warehousing Regulations
1. For products that have not been shipped for more than 30 days (including holidays), a daily fee of 100 yen will be charged for each product.
2. If the "second payment" is not completed more than 60 days after the product arrives at the destination, Funbid will regard it as the member giving up the ownership and custody responsibility of the product. That is, Funbid has the right to abandon the product and require the payment of the advance payment for the product. Members shall not raise any objections in the future.
Due to the limited space in the Japan collection office, members are requested to cooperate.
8. How to deal with package problems
1. If you receive a damaged item, please call the Malaysia Post customer service hotline immediately: 1300 300 300 Press 1 (Cargo Inquiry) and ask questions about the package. Or contact the Malaysia Post online customer service at . The recipient needs to call the hotline to verify the information. Please inform the Malaysia Post that the package has been damaged and you need to apply for cargo compensation.
2. If you receive a product with a problem, please provide relevant photos and information. However, since shipping by sea takes too long, which exceeds the time the seller is willing to handle, we can only try our best to get a replacement for you.
※ Note: If the shipping time of the goods exceeds one month, you will not be able to report the product doubts, malfunctions and other issues to the seller. (If the goods shipped by sea are missing or the wrong goods are received, you can help ask the seller, but it is difficult to report.)
9. Special considerations for shipping by sea
1. If the product is damaged or defective, it will take too long to ship by sea, which exceeds the time limit the seller is willing to take responsibility for, resulting in the inability to return or exchange the product, and significantly delaying the delivery time of the product. Therefore, members are requested to re-evaluate before using sea shipping.
2. The minimum chargeable weight for sea freight is 3 kg. If a single package is less than 3 kg, it will be calculated as 3 kg.
