Japan Post EMS Air Freight
Unavailable product types

Package Restrictions
  1. Maximum package weight: 30 kilograms.
  2. Maximum length on any side: 150 cm.
  3. Shortest sides*2 + longest side =The total length does not exceed 300 cm.
Regulations Related to Overseas Shipments
  1. For a single item, We will directly use the original packaging to send it. Therefore, there will be no related packaging and cartoning costs. If Japan determines that additional cushioning is needed, some weight will be added after packaging. Unless the following conditions apply, Japan will add extra boxes, carton fees and packaging fees will be incurred:
    a. Goods worth 50,000 yen or more.
    b. Products with safety concerns (e.g., imperfect packaging, bagged, unboxed, fragile items, etc. ※ The actual situation is based on on-site judgment in Japan).
    c. Model with original outer box that retains value. (For example, it's written on the outer box FIGURE Kubrick Bear model product of the name)
  2. From the first item Goods within twenty-one days after arriving at the overseas receiving office(Including holidays， The next day after delivery will be counted as the first day). Items older than 21 days cannot be shipped together.
  3. Due to operational reasons after notification of shipment, unable to re-open package, bundle with other products, changes to other international shipping methods. If needed, the Japanese receiving office will consider returning the package at a handling fee of 700 yen per box + outer box fee.(If the size of the product is larger than the maximum size of the post office box, it needs to be transported by air or sent to Japan.)
  4. In the same shipment, unable to assist with shipping to different addresses. Please notify us when shipping and select the goods you want to send(The same order cannot be notified separately for shipment).
  5. The post office EMS will deliver the goods directly to the address you provided. Therefore, Malaysian local shipping charges are included.
  6. Items with an alcohol concentration exceeding 24% cannot be shipped. They can only be sent by regular air freight.
  7. If the package is sent but delivery in Malaysia is unsuccessful and the goods are returned without being picked up, return shipping costs to Japan will be charged. Additionally, only air returns to Malaysia are allowed (extra volume and document declaration fees will be incurred).
  8. If you choose to remove the original outer box service, each item will be divided and distributed for packing. All packaged items will be mixed together, and each package will require a declared amount. Therefore, the products within the parcel number are randomly filled in by the system.It is also not possible to re-open the package and return the order.
  9. The Japanese receiving office does not provide customized services. Products not provided will be taken out and discarded, certain items will be kept without removing the outer box, and there will be no special handling for packaging issues or other special customized needs.
  10. After completing the second payment, unable to cancel the order, change the declaration amount, or specify the shipping date. No other changes can be made.
Overseas Packaging Methods and Costs
  1. The receiving office will select the appropriate carton for you. Single items will not be packaged separately. For carton specifications and costs, please refer to the outer box costs.
  2. Free unpacking service is provided at the receiving area. Please check the box to use the unpacking service.
    Members who use the unboxing service understand and agree：
    A. The company fully follows the instructions of its members, removing the original outer box and sending the item in a cardboard box specified by Japan Post Office.
    B. If the quantity of items contained in the original outer box matches the quantity in the transaction details, it can be packed and sealed. Our company is not responsible for inspecting items unless proven that the company maliciously damaged them. Members are not allowed to request related compensation.
  3. After the product is packaged, the weight of the outer box and packaging material will increase. Please check the estimated weight of the outer box in advance.
  4. Additional outer boxes will be cut to size, and newspapers will be used to fill the inside to avoid shaking.
  5. If the product shakes severely in the box, potentially causing damage, handlers will use newspapers to secure the goods.
  6. Each packaged item (Bundles in the same box are counted as one sum) Overseas receiving offices charge a package handling fee of 300 yen.
  7. If the seller’s original packaging is[bagged]. In order to avoid the problem of product collision and damage, Need extra cartons, so the weight will increase again.

Post Office Air Freight International Freight Calculation Example
For a single item weighing 1.2 kg:
International shipping cost = 2100 yen
For three items bundled into a large carton, with a total weight of 10.2 kg:
Outer box cost (1000 yen) + Package handling fee (300 yen) + International shipping cost (11,000 yen) = 12,300 yen
Note： The post office will deliver the goods directly to the address you provided. Therefore, it's included Malaysia International Shipping Fees.
Operation and Shipping Time
  1. After shipment notification, the receiving office will complete packaging within 24 hours on non-Japanese holidays and send the second remittance notification.
  2. Complete the second payment before 7:00 a.m. Malaysian time to ensure shipping on the same day (excluding Japanese holidays).
  3. EMS generally takes 3 days to arrive in Malaysia (starting from the shipping date from Japan). The latest delivery progress can be checked on the post office website.
The status is mainly based on the actual receipt of the package in Japan. (Japan number shows delivery time. There will be a time difference from the actual receipt of goods in Japan) Japan due to work, packages delivered on the same day. Unable to send secondary remittance notification on the same day. Overseas Warehousing Regulations
  1. Items older than 21 days (including holidays) without a shipment notification will incur a storage fee of 200 yen per day per item.
  2. When the goods arrive at the receiving location and the second payment is not completed for more than 30 days, Letao will regard the member as giving up the right to the product without taking responsibility for custody，Letao has the right to abandon the product and require payment of the advance payment for the product. How to Handle Package Problems
  1.
