Package Restrictions

Package weight must not exceed 30 kilograms.
The length of any single side must not exceed 150 centimeters.
(Shortest side × 2) + (second shortest side × 2) + longest side must not exceed 300 centimeters in total.

Regulations Related to Overseas Shipments

For single-item goods, we will ship using the original packaging. No additional packaging or carton fees will be charged. If the Japan warehouse determines that extra cushioning is needed, the bundled weight may slightly increase. An additional box will be provided under the following conditions and will incur carton and bundling fees:
A. Product value is 50,000 yen or more
B. Products with safety concerns (e.g. incomplete packaging, bagged, unwrapped, fragile items, etc.; subject to Japan warehouse discretion)
C. Original packaging with collectible or display value (e.g. product name printed on the box, such as Kubrick Bear figures)
Products arriving at the Japan warehouse must be bundled within 21 days of the first item’s arrival (including holidays; the day after arrival counts as day one). Items exceeding this period cannot be bundled. Reminder: Products that exceed 21 days cannot be bundled for shipping.
Due to operational reasons, once a shipment notification is sent, packages cannot be reopened, bundled with other products, or switched to other international shipping methods. Return requests will be processed at a cost of 700 yen per box plus carton fees. (If the item exceeds post office size limits, it must be shipped by air or via domestic Japan shipping.)
In the same shipment order, we cannot deliver to multiple addresses. Please specify which items to ship when requesting delivery. Split shipment requests under the same order are not supported.
Letao Air freight delivers directly to the address you provide in Malaysia and includes local delivery fees.
If delivery to Malaysia fails and the package is returned unclaimed, a return fee to Japan will be charged. The item can only be re-shipped to Malaysia via air freight (additional volumetric and customs documentation fees will apply).
If you choose to remove the original packaging, each item will be packed separately and mixed into a single package. Each package must have a declared value, which will be auto-filled by the system. Packages cannot be reopened or returned.
The Japan warehouse does not offer customization services. We do not support requests such as removing unwanted items, keeping only certain parts, modifying packaging, or other custom handling requirements.

Packaging Methods and Costs for Overseas

The receiving warehouse will select suitable cartons. For single items, no extra packaging will be applied. Refer to carton fee guidelines for specifications and costs.
Free unpacking service is available — please check the option if required.
Members who opt for unpacking service understand and agree:
A. We will follow your instructions to remove the original outer box and repack using Japan Post–approved boxes.
B. If the quantity of items in the original packaging matches the transaction details, we will proceed with packaging and sealing. We are not responsible for verifying item contents. Unless intentional damage can be proven, no compensation claims will be accepted.
Outer carton and packaging materials will increase the total weight. Please check the estimated weight in advance.
Cartons are resized appropriately, and newspapers are used to fill empty space to prevent shifting.
If serious movement is detected inside the box, staff will secure the items with extra padding.
Each bundled item (i.e. items packed in the same box) incurs a 300 yen handling fee at the Japan warehouse.
If the original seller’s packaging is a bag, an extra box will be added to prevent damage. This will increase the total shipping weight.

Processing and Delivery Time

After shipment is notified, our staff will complete packing within 24 hours (on non-Japanese holidays) and send a second payment notice.
If the second payment is completed before 7:00 AM Malaysia time (on non-holidays in Japan), the package will be shipped the same day.
EMS delivery from Japan to Malaysia typically takes 3 days (from shipping date). Please check the Japan Post website for updates.

Shipment status is based on the actual receipt time at the Japan warehouse. (Tracking numbers may show a delivery timestamp, but this can differ from actual processing time.) Due to operational constraints, packages received the same day cannot be processed for second payment on the same day. Thank you for your understanding.

Overseas Warehouse Regulations

Products that remain unprocessed (no shipment notification submitted) after 21 days will incur a 200 yen per item daily storage fee (including holidays).
If the second payment is not completed within 30 days after arrival at the warehouse, Letao will consider the goods abandoned. We will not be responsible for storing the items and reserve the right to dispose of them. Advance payments may be charged, and no disputes will be accepted.
